Nearly every request is met with a complaint? Hardly correct. Indeed several people in this thread had attempted to help but the not unreasonable expectation is that before posting in the FS area, a read of the specific information supporting that area is generally a good starting point.
We have day jobs and while we freely give our time to assist others there is a point at which you have to take some responsibility to use the tools provided.
