Everyone's taste on what they want is different I guess.

I spent $1500+ alone just on the speakers because I wanted wall mounted and lots of clarity rather than Db.

As a combination, the whole setup is very well tuned and is crystal clear. I really love the way the movies and music sounds through them as a whole. Anything more for me would be wasted as I wouldn't be able to use the maximum potential of the system.

I know I could have spent more on a better amp but the Yamaha I got for a really good price. So it was hard to pass up.

The TV is a 70" Sony Bravia LED LCD. The windows are covered with cellular block out blinds.
