Thumbs up Club Rego

The club is happy to announce that the Mid North Coast Ford Owners Club can now do Club Rego. As always there is a certain criteria for vehicles to be eligible for club rego. 1) YOU MUST BE A FULL MEMBER OF THE CLUB (NOT AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER) 2) ALL VEHICLES MUST BE 30 YEARS OR OLDER. 3) ALL VEHICLES MUST HAVE A VALID NSW PINK SLIP 4) ALL VEHICLES MUST BE INSURED (3RD PARTY MINIMUM, BUT WE RECOMEND COMPREHENSIVE) Rob Power from SHANNONS INSURANCE has mentioned that full comprehensive insurance for a club rego car is very cheap, give him a ring for a quote on 0402397574.
Once you have all these items done you must present these papers to Steven jubb, and in turn he will give you the nessesary paper work that is needed for the application for historic plates. Some of the paper work will be filled in by the club. Once the forms that the club handed to you are filled in correctly, you can take them to the RTA. The RTA will charge you for a CTP greenslip and a once off small fee for the historic plates and 1 year rego. I can not tell you how much this is, but from what others tell me that are already on club plates, it is not much. Im not sure how much they charge for the issue of historic plates, but once set up, it costs around $44 per year for rego.
The forms that are needed for club rego will be available at our AGM this Sunday. This is all new for us, but if you have any questions please give us a call and we will try and answer your questions.
