I use the Aerospace 303 but that is probably not the best option and is not for cleaning them anyway.

303 is absolutely fine on modern "leather" trim.
I use NV Cleanse and NV Nourish on leather, with Cleanse only used occasionally. Nourish makes the leather feel softer and doesn't leave a hideous shiny finish.

And I really like Autoglym Leather Care Balm, although it is on the shiny side finish wise. They also make a cleaner if required.
