Its cheap when you consider what therapy would cost. How else are you going to resolve the problems of society, family, work , etc if you're not on your bike ?
I find after a good hit out , chat and laughter with friends there is not much thats going to upset me
Dont ride and even the smallest of things can get blood pressure up seeing red its a great pressure release
There is so much to love about being a cyclist the list is long. Ignore those that dont get it
