You haven't got 2-stage locking set by any chance? One press will open the driver's door, but not the passenger doors; a second press opens all doors. I'm not sure it's the reverse when locking, that is, passenger doors lock first and a second press locks the driver's door.

Edit: just realised it's the front passenger door. Suggest you check 2-stage locking settings just the same.
