Ford Laser = prior to 1994.
What do you mean by 2009 ?
Obviously unless you can do the diagnose yourself, it will cost more to fix than the car is worth.
If you have a repair manual and a basic multimeter you need to check every signal / wire loop all the way back to the
ECU.
By law in some states, there should have been an immobilizer.
