I was glutenized
http://www.fordforums.com.au/showpos...postcount=1131 (its pure poison to me) a few days ago and that always messes with my mood like you wouldn't believe (makes me go hyper). I'm still getting over it a week later and I have silent migrane headaches whenever I get glutenized. made an appointment to see my doctor to see if I cannot get some migrane medication. I've only got brufen which I have to take on a full stomach and I can't take paracetamol as it makes it worse.
Prior to today I thought the symptoms correlated to something else but today I was reading about silent migraines and I have nearly all of the same symptoms. :

Winter also plays havoc with my exercise regime and I haven't exercised much at all lately which plays havoc with my depression.
I've read all of the posts made and I'm greatful to everyone who thinks that my posts are high quality and that I shouldn't worry too much about the C-Tek thread. I still feel embarrassed though.
I kinda agree with them but for right now I've got to take some time off.
