More than 200 people supposed to be under self-quarantine in Queensland have vanished, with most suspected of giving false contact details at the border.

Just another example of how today's society doesn't respect authority.

People look at the statistics, 99.7% survival rate. And then wonder why bother. That's why.

That, and covid fatigue. People are just over it and are willing to take their chances.

But people who are confirmed to have it, and then don't isolate, and willingly spread it around are scumbags.
