Good question actually.
Wouldn't mind knowing that.
Quite easy to get around the renting problem, lots of people are a bit creative with the paperwork if it saves them $$.
Having said that the government still wins at sale time due to stamp duty.
Or is that also on hold? So hard to keep up!
